Wrong air filter for AC unit This is the 2nd time the wrong air filter has been installed in my unit and my request has been marked as successfully completed. It's too small and does not properly filter anything as there are gaps between it and the AC unit

The M Experience I do enjoy living here. But, the the price we spend on rent there are a few concerns. I’ve never had to deal with roaches in my home ever and I’m seeing them way too often. Not “water bugs” but actually “house roaches”. Also the building smells. The hallway smells, everyday I walk in it reeks. If we can take care of those issues things would be perfect.

24 HOUR CONSTRUCTION

Construction going on all throughout the morning and all throughout night. Avoid renting as they are no where near finish. Construction is EXTREMELY loud at night and the M by Radius does nothing to escalate the issue. Yes, they are working on construction right now (12:11 AM) on a Thursday and they don’t stop working on it. I’ve been woken up at 3/4am multiple times on weekdays from this.
