24 HOUR CONSTRUCTION
September 5, 2025Construction going on all throughout the morning and all throughout night. Avoid renting as they are no where near finish. Construction is EXTREMELY loud at night and the M by Radius does nothing to escalate the issue. Yes, they are working on construction right now (12:11 AM) on a Thursday and they don’t stop working on it. I’ve been woken up at 3/4am multiple times on weekdays from this.Property Manager Responded

December 30, 2024Great Move in A little hiccup moving in as the previous tenant was not out, but the leasing team and maintenance crew was able to make a quick turn possible and if it was not they were more than willing to accommodate and compensate me since I was on a tight schedule. After moving in I found a few small items that needed to be fixed and the maintenance team fixed them all within 16 hours of submitting the request! Was unaware that blinds are no longer included but that too was resolved within ...hours of speaking with management and they were reinstalled within 24 hours (on Christmas Eve).
