Kids playing on the street all the time
May 14, 2020Irresponsible parents and their children play all the time on the street and drivers are worry to not hit a child on their way. The neighborhood has a huge park for children but for any reason the parents choose to take their children to play on the road. And the Moms are always walking with their strollers on the street too not caring about drivers. I really don't recommend this neighborhood if you want to have peace on mind.Review from Apartments.com

Worth the wait!
July 25, 2015I was scouting around for an apartment rental for almost a year, and the wait is so worth it...I found our perfect place: The Maples is clean, neat inside/perfect cabinets and closets, decent flooring and appliances, wonderful office & maintenance staff, huge community park is just outside as you step out of your building, very safe for your small kids/teens, and everything else that you would be looking for.
