Pretty Good Experience
December 28, 2021Positives: Sanjana! Sanjana is a awesome property manager! The maintenance staff is also wonderful. The new security gate was a great addition. Amazon locker on site along with new mailboxes. Never had a issue with ants or other bugs. I saw one bug, called the office and Sanjana had the pest company come spray my doorway. Never saw another bug after that . Nest thermostat was a super convenient way to control the heat/air while you are at home or away.(make sure you download the app ) New ...Smart washer and dyer Farmhouse kitchen sink Negative: Parking. The lot is kind of small and people can't seem to park in the lines. Also, some residents like to hoard cars there. I do want to acknowledge that the property is strongly addressing this issue now. So I see the parking issue not really being a issue in the near future( once this issue is worked out, this will be a 4 star property). Overall I had a pretty good experience here with the usual issues that come with living in an apartment complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
