We've lived here since September and they REFUSE to open the pool or the fitness center, blaming CoVid. There are many other apartments near by who have theirs open. I suggest looking elsewhere if you dont like paying for amenities you're not allowed to use.

This was our first apartment and it was perfect. My boyfriend and I lived here for 5 years with our 3 small kids and we were sad to go but had to relocate because of my boyfriend's work. The neighbors were always quite, the apartments were always kept clean and if there was ever a problem (which was always rare) the manager or maintenance always handled it quickly. Plus, they were always very friendly towards us. My youngest is Autistic and Glenda would treat him like a person and try talking to ...
him. Not many people, especially adults, care to acknowledge him so it was nice that she would just try. She has always done small gestures that meant a lot to me and really has a good heart. T

We moved here in the middle of a pregnancy and in the middle of the holidays, let me tell you that Taylor is the BEST. She is always looking out for the residents and making sure everything is up to standard. The apartments are really nice and affordable! They have such a modern look, all newly upgraded! We are so happy with our place to call home! :)

I’ve rented with The Oaks for about 6 months now. During that time the property has really improved! The new managment has done a great job at making sure to choose the right tenants to rent out the units! The property is kept very clean and it’s well maintained not only on the outside but the inside as well. Any maintence orders put in are completed within 24-48 hours which is nice, sometimes even before! For the most part everyone is pretty quiet on the property, there is not a lot of noise! ...
The Oaks is pet friendly with a few understandable restrictions! They are in the process of building a massive dog park so your dog can get out and run! They also have two laundry facilities, a gym and a pool! The Oaks is a great place to rent if you’re looking for a first apartment, if you live on your own or even for a small family! It’s a great place to start out at! The property manager makes the move-in process very easy! The best part about living here is the location, it is literally right next to everything! I would highly recommend giving The Oaks a try! :)

The neighborhood isn't the best but the complex itself is kept clean and very well maintained. EVERY time maintenance needs to come in they leave a slip of paper in the door with generally a 3-day notice. The rental staff is extremely friendly, though I've never had to deal with them. As for noise, I'm guessing previous commenter has never lived in an apartment before, though I rarely hear the neighbors unless they have the TV up extremely loud. the oaks is one of the worst places ive lived and have heard the same from my neighbors as well. the floors and walls are thin as anything and can hear everyone around you. They have an addendum against certain breeds although the landlord has a pitbulls as well as several other residents. they do not warn you when maintenance man is coming and they will just enter randomly. the area is dirty and there are cops and helicopters constantly on the block. and last but not least the management does ...
