All in all I enjoy living here. I am a long time resident for 7 years. Not too happy how much my rent goes up every year. I could own something for what I pay which is the direction I'm headed in for next year.

I have lived at The Palms on Scottsdale for a little under a year. The staff and neighbors are all really friendly, and I feel its a really safe area. The community has everything I need, from 2 pools, a gym, and easily accessible mailboxes. The staff is quick to respond to any phone calls or emails. I have been so pleased that I just signed a lease for another year!

I love The Palms on Scottsdale! It isn't a place where I reside, I consider it my home. The staff are always kind, ready to assist and always professional. Manager, Carol, THE BEST! She's attentive,real,always understanding and validates any concern. Neighbors are too very courteous and abide by rules. Building acoustics are phenomenal. In such a large community it's amazing to live so Peacefully and most importantly, IM SAFE! Excellent management team and maintenance personnel! Thank you Carol!

The Palms on Scottsdale is a lovely community. When we contacted them for a tour, they were very responsive and professional. The apartment layout is spacious and meets our families needs. Pools and grill spaces on the property are awesome. My family is really enjoying living here and it is so close to my work that I can ride a bicycle in.
