Run, don't walk
August 27, 2016Termites! Run!!! This place is terrible and forget about having a service request answered. They will never come, not even for the emergency ones! They are all liars at the front office and one of them in particular doesn't even listen to anything you have to say, she will nod and even act as if she wrote what you told her but must throw her notes away because when you mention it to the other 2, they had no clue. Better then I imagine
January 23, 2016At first I am always quick to look at the reviews before even considering to call a place home. When I read the reviews for this property I was not at ease and was always told that the location was a horrbile place. But I had to see it for myself, but the first thing I saw was that the landscaping was fresh, the atomsphere was claming and the view they have is amazing. Its like going into a different place and you forget the area your in once you step foot in this place. Luckly they had an ...aparment I was looking for because they were pretty much booked. I mean who would want to move from this place? And from then I learned you can't always believe what you see on the reviews it's better to go and take a look for yourself. Since I been living here I had no problems, maintenace team is great and friendly, the office staff always greet with kindness and the community is always kept clean. Dream apartment
July 21, 2015Finally I found a home where my family can grow. I have a 5 month old son who is slowly learning his way around our new home with plush carpet that he can start crawling on and a beautiful balcony where we can sit and watch the ducks swim in the lake. The Maintence here is great and the managers at the rent office are so friendly and wonderful I couldn't have chosen a better place to settle.Review from Apartments.com
