Apartment management is incredibly unprofessional. The grounds are disgusting because apartment management does not keep the grounds. On any given day, you can expect to see dog poop all over the grounds and they don't clean up the duck poop frequently enough. They also don't complete work orders in a timely manner. My dishwasher has been broken for a month and they still haven't fixed it. When I asked why it hadn't been fixed yet and they said maintenance fixed it. I told them it's still ...

Beware! Apartment management will invest in a new pool but won't fix your apartment

Extremely disappointed with this place. My dryer has been broken since February 26th and they've refused to fix it--they claim that because of COVID they can't get any appliance parts anymore. My AC is on its last legs and can barely keep the apartment under 80 degrees while running 8+ hours a day, and of course I am on the hook for the electricity. If you have any problems they will not help you, period. Please look elsewhere! For the amount of rent I pay here the service is awful.

No concern for their residents

You can never expect to get your issues resolved in a timley manner 1-2 weeks for a work order to fix a dryer thats included. I pay to have that amenity so i don't have to go to the laundry mat...i shouldnt have to wait so long. This has happened with every work order submitted, they will take your money but reluctantly fix any issues. The positive reviews on here are all from the previous property management company, which was great. I thought by now....1 year later blue rock would have gotten ...

Mold and rat infestation

Blue Rock premiere is the third owner in the last two years. By far they are the worse management. They don't care bout your health and that of your children. So if you have children or have any kind of respiratory health illness, this is not the place for you. Code enforcement agency has been called twice and they don't care at all. The price that you pay is to high for the condition of the apartments. They claim to be doing upgrades but is not true. This is how they handle problems. I had ...

Rats and mold

Rats, mold the staff like to retaliate against tents. Been here since 2015, we had three different owners. Building 4 has major mold and rat infestation, I've called the code enforcement because they don't care about the health of tenants.

So-So apartments

I've been here about six months now. My apartment itself is nice, no complaints about that (newly updated). I do live on the first floor and unfortunately my upstairs neighbors floors are super thin because I hear every loud stomping footstep he makes, so because of that reason I do not believe I will renew my lease. It would be nice if the office hours were more accessible on the weekends (currently closed on Saturdays and Sundays), but the staff have been polite and I haven't had an issue with ...

Moved here from out of state, had to rent quickly online. Staff was extremely helpful. Love that it's so convenient and quiet. Our children love the pool, which is never crowded. Staff deals will maintenance requests quickly. We love the ponds and wildlife here.

not worst place

First not worst place. its quiet and some upgrades occurring. The greenery is mostly weeds and clovers but at least green. Now...the minimal weight room costs extra and the billiards table can be used during business hours only so not in evenings and non on Sunday. My apartment was not even ready for move in but they sure started charging me for it. Had to buy my own drier vent cause found out hard way was not installed and was at night so no one could fix cause not emergent for them to have ...
wet clothes all night in drier. My main bedroom slants so bad...drops 3/8inch every 2 feet-that's 2 inch drop from one side to next. sucks sleeping like that. Jazuzzi type tub sign reads 104 mas temp. feels more like 85 max today. Well will update later. Want to leave but other half not wanting to move yet til lease up. Oh, deduct 50-100sq feet off of whats advertised. And storage room on patio has water heater so don't plan on much room there, again though advertised as storage unit. Guess they meant for them.

Good location, major improvements since new management bought complex. Nice pool average size club house you can rent out for party and get to-gethers. Very friendly staff. Walkability to Grocery stores is very good and also Pizza shops and Sandwich shops. There is also a Security Gate at the entrance for your piece of mind.

My New Apartment

When I first looked at this complex, I was greeted so warmly and made to feel so welcome, I decided to rent here. The staff is amazing! I met everyone the first day and they impressed me as being genuinely concerned about the tenants and committed to making renting there a good experience. I am happy to have found such a nice community, close to work and every amenity, and pay less than what I was paying in my previous apartment, with more space!
