    I moved in two years ago and love it here. The staff and maintenance staff really do care about you and are always willing to help you out. The apartments are nice and quiet. There are a few minor things that needed to be fixed but they are always done within a day. Parking is good and grounds are really kept up well.

    We just moved after living there for a year. From the moment we moved in it was trash. The walls were cracking, there were bugs and cob webs everywhere when we moved in. It seemed as if everything in our apartment was falling apart. There were always "water bugs" aka roaches in our apartment and a bunch of other different bugs in it apartment no matter how many times we had it sprayed. The gym equipment is mediocre at best. The cable machine in there is trash. The paint and everything is cheap ...
    and all the previous stains showed through not long after we moved in. It was supposed to be "upgraded" and at paid for an upgraded apartment but the appliances were beat up and we're garbage. There was so much mold that we had to deal with constantly even after maintenance came in. I don't recommend these apartments to anybody.

    I love my apartment! Location is what I needed for Ogden Elementary School. Office staff was great throughout the whole process. Apartments are really spacious and clean. Grounds always look great! Love the fitness Center.

    At first it seems nice. The staff is disorganized and communication is terrible. The WiFi is garbage, the pool is always closed, and there are ants, wasps , and roaches everywhere.

    I am so happy to have found The Park at Three Oaks. The staff really goes above and beyond! The location is perfect. Close to shopping or the beach. I have lived in a ton of apartments and have never felt as comfortable as I do here. I love the socials to meet my neighbors too! Rent is affordable and the apartments are roomy! I would recommend this property to all of my friends!

    I have never been more disgusted with people in my life. These workers are cruel and dont know how to do their job. The places are gross and tiny and nothing works. Cockroaches as well. Do not live here I am so serious you will regret it.

    We are so pleased with the Park at Three Oaks. First of all, the layout of the apartment is fantastic and feels like we are living in a house, not an apartment. Great bedroom space, amazing flow, laundry room in the apartment. Perfect for our needs. The staff stays on top of maintaining the property. We can really take pride in the place we live because of the dedication of the staff. The only downside is that the apartment is right off of Market St and the traffic makes it take a little longer ...
    to get out of the apartment complex. That said, it is also so convenient to be on Market St so we'll take it. Rent prices are extremely reasonable for the area. It is easy to get to Mayfaire and Wrightsville Beach. We love this place.

    This is the perfect location to live in Wilmington, upscale living without the upscale price. Short drive to the beach or downtown and located just outside the busy city limits. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained and a pool to help keep cool during the hot Southeastern NC summer days! Quiet neighborhood under the stars.
