Many Good Changes

i live here for two years and over the past year i see the changes. the community is clean, and many apartments have been updated. my kid loves the playground area and i use the gym at least 3 times a week. they also have activity for the kids on Saturdays. this place is close to my job and close to stores. the staff is new and very nice

This is the worst apartment in the whole Houston area. Management does not answer the phone even though you are in need of something to be done and maintenance doesn’t come until 2 or 3 weeks later or not at all. Make sure you park your car in the CORRECT SPOT otherwise it will be towed in 5seconds. They gave me an eviction letter even thought I had paid for the month already! If I could I would give this less than one a one star review. A small story of how bad this apartment is… My key broke ...
inside the lock and I was stuck outside in the middle of the night they never called or picked up there emergency line and I had to pay 200$ for an emergency locksmith to be able to get into my house, they never called to see if the situation was settled and I never got a refund for it either!
