I rented a four-bedroom apartment, and two of the tenants who were scheduled to move in at the same time were granted room changes because the apartment was dirty. However, my roommate and I were not given that same option.
The front door was broken for months during the winter, which left all of the first floor apartments freezing cold. The parking lots and walking paths were also difficult to use because they were rarely plowed.

COVID, many tenants had to move back home, but they were still required to pay rent for the remainder of their contracts and were not given the option to pay a fee to end their leases early, despite the extenuating circumstances.

So far, I’ve had a really good experience living here. The location is ideal for students, with easy access to campus and nearby amenities. It is on the pricier side, but the convenience and quality of living make it worth it. The staff has been responsive, and the facilities are well-maintained. The amenities were in good condition, and the resident staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The package service was efficient and reliable. However, one aspect to note is that the walls are quite thin, which means you can hear your neighbors talking at times. Overall, it was a positive experience with great service and amenities, though the noise from neighboring units could be improved.

hard to cook in room, no vent hood. the smoke alert just beeps randomly. water pressure too low. thermostat noise too loud at night, and window does not work.

Maintenance is way faster than I expected. The furniture is helpful to have. Having easy access to the outdoors through the balcony is also a great plus. I’m overall enjoying my stay at the Pavilion on Berry.

The rooms are nice, somewhat small for the overall price, the neighborhood is great but really far from campus. My biggest complaint is how thin the walls are, you can hear a normal conversation across the entire apartment.
On the other hand the walk in closet and kitchen are great.

It's great, but at the same time I wish I could have a smoker for when I'm cooking. The bathrooms are also equipped with separate extractor and super-lighting functions as well as a waste bin in each room.

lot of issues we had/are going to have to call maintenance for. furthermore, my self and one of my roommates had to clean the fridge ourselves as it was littered with spills, residue, and other gunk specifically around the vegitable drawers. Decent for the price though and maintenance has quickly addressed our issues once reported
