Excellent Living for the Long Term
December 20, 2025My wife and I have lived at The Pearl for over three years, and we plan to renew our lease when it comes up again because of the excellent experience that we have had here. The management team and leasing agents have been helpful whenever called upon, and the maintenance team almost never takes longer than a day to complete maintenance requests. As this apartment complex is relatively new, our appliances have not needed any major repairs to this point. Also, management has increased the number ...of free events including good food, drinks, and entertainment. Rental cost has been fair and competitive, and we believe that will continue to be the case.Property Manager Responded

Well-appointed apartments at The Pearl
July 13, 2025We have loved living at the Pearl. The apartments are beautiful with appealing finishes and nice, large spaces. The open floor plan and nice sized kitchen have been wonderful for our family and also for entertaining. With two pools, a demo kitchen, a fantastic gym, yoga room, coffee bar, and more, the amenities are to die for. The maintenance engineers are also very talented and responsive. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly. You will love living at the Pearl.Review from Apartments.com
Enjoying the community
June 26, 2025The complex if well maintained when there is a maintenance issue it is well handled. Management seems to keep communication between tenants and staff constantly. We have been here for 4 months and enjoy what The Pearl has to offerProperty Manager Responded

Downhill, Now a Slum
May 17, 2024The Pearl has gone way downhill. The place is completely disgusting with trash and dog poop everywhere. As one of the few apartment complexes that is tolerant of all sizes and breeds of dogs, it is a magnet for misbehaved dogs and the type of people who own such dogs. Recently someone threw up in an elevator (indicative of the type of people who live here now) and the cleaning staff put forth a half hearted effort of cleaning it (who can blame them...) so the elevator still reeks to the point of ...being unusable. There is no security to the premises so all manner of activities go on including random detailing companies commandeering entire sections of the parking lot and random work vans using the area as free parking. I no longer feel safe parking my car outside the building. The low hygiene of the area has aggravated bug and rodent issues. My spotless apartment has an infestation of silver fish. Besides the mismanagement of the property, The Pearl lured people in with the promise of amenities and then ratcheted those amenities back over the course of the past year. They initially tried to charge for amenities that were included within leases and then sent a laughable email about the proposed charges being a "communication mistake". This is extremely unethical business behavior, as tenants such as myself paid a premium relative to market rate for standard condos in the area for those amenities and are now not receiving any value for them.Property Manager Responded

Missing previous management
May 15, 2024I just renewed my lease and I am starting to regret doing so. Management is not what it used to be. Anna (previous manager) was great, easy to talk to, always willing to help, always one step ahead of residents needs. Since management changed, nothing is the same. Landscaping looks really bad, they only fix around the pool or in the main building. no security around the pool or common areas, anyone can enter. I was said they were measures being taken and that was the reason for my renewal, I am ...starting to doubt that. Unless management changes again, look somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE
April 2, 2024They changed management companies and since this has happened this place has turned into a DUMP. Dog poop on the sidewalks, weeks later hasn’t been cleaned. Gym equipment is always broken, coffee machine is disgustingly dirty. On top of all of this I’m $500 more per month than any apartment complex in Naples. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else but here.Review from Apartments.com

Renewed Lease for another 15 months
February 7, 2024First tenant to move in and after 2 years I decided to look around at comparable apartments before renewing my lease. After visiting 5 other locations I realized that there was no comparison to the Pearl. The apartments and appliance are newer, the location has more surrounding businesses, there are more and newer amenities, The biggest difference is the Pearls management and staff. horrible horrible horrible
January 23, 20241. Halfway through my lease they decided to start charging residents to use amenities that were previously free. - $100 usage fee and $100 deposit for theater - $50 usage fee and deposit for golf simulator - $25 usage fee and deposit for conference rooms What’s next? Charging us for pool passes? Implementing a gym membership system? 2. Packages are constantly stolen. There is one camera in a package area that is outside. Delivery drivers just leave packages out in the open because management ...does not deem it as a priority to suggest otherwise. They have a tiny sign telling drivers to not leave packages out.. do the drivers see/ follow this? Nope. 3. Incompetent staff. If you have any issue big or small be prepared to call the office 5 or more times to have them even consider the possibility of resolving it. 4. No security. Great Place To Call Home
July 31, 2022We visited several apartments before deciding on The Pearl. At comparable prices out 3B 2B unit is larger, has a better layout and more than ample storage. The location is ideal for shopping, health care & dining. The facilities are fabulous and well maintained. The staff provides a variety of activities to help residents interact with other residents. Great Amenities
July 28, 2022I just moved into The Pearl and have only been a resident for a week. I am amazed by all the different amenities this complex has to offer. The property has a resort-like appeal with beautiful pools, gas grills everywhere, bocce ball courts, and a wonderful lake trail. The apartments have top notch details with really high ceilings, modern lighting, and a really large screened in patio. Each apartment is wifi-ready with a router already connected in the closet. All you need to do is activate it ...online. To state any negative aspects is difficult, but there is some construction dust here and the last building is under construction so fire alarm testing has been occurring. In summary, I highly recommend this complex if you need to rent. Rental prices are at an all time high currently, why not get more for your money and enjoy the experience.Property Manager Responded
