roaches, no response to service requests for over a month, previous tenant left pet hair, urine, and stains everywhere. horrible insulation btw. it’s a rip off, what they show you and what you get/pay for is not the same AT. ALL. don’t rent here!!! i beg of you DO NOT RENT HERE!!

This place might have been a great place to live...fifty years ago, but now, it is a dump with doors. The cockroaches from other apartments join forces with ours, and they organize into what is much like a Roach Mafia. The residents pay the rent, but the roaches own the property, make no doubt. If something breaks, get over it and get used to it. It will stay broken forever, even after you move and the new tenant moves in. The noise levels are intolerable..with mammoth dogs and children running ...
across your ceiling until all hours. If you knock holes in the wall to get their attention, that hole becomes a roach vacation spot. Don't complain to the manager. They do nothing. I wish I could give a starless night rating!

The ladies in the leasing office are extremely unprofessional the lady with the soft voice (can’t remember her name) always has an attitude so bad that I didn’t want them to be my apartment of choice so I requested my deposit back it has been two months and still haven’t received it they alway blame it on the corporate office (Which they refuse to provide me the number or email address for) I would NOT recommend this apartment complex...

I live here and it’s very nasty and they do the bare minimum on the maintenance. My floor was peeling up from the previous tenant and they just tried to patch it up with glue lol. Just recently we have had rats in the air vents. Place is pretty bad shape. The previous manager was great the new manager is horrible old white lady.. lease is up soon and leaving

DO NOT!! MOVE HERE Very overpriced they have fees for everything and rent is never one price it varies every month, since they add the water bill along with rent so u never know what rent will be. TRUST me they charge for anything. Just to drop a flyer on your door they will charge $5 for the pice of paper that they put we didnt ask for. Also they charge for pest control monthly but pest control never goes to your appartment unless you put a request? But its in my montly fee? DONT MOVE IN!!!!!!!! ...

Cockroaches!!!!!!!!!! Incompetent Office Staff

This place is infested with cockroaches! It was so bad that we ended our lease early with them. At night when you walked into the kitchen the counters tops moved when you turned the lights on. It was a major health issue. We gave them ample time to have the issue take care of and over a years worth of time it was never resolved. They knew exactly where the source of the problem was and did nothing until they had already lost several tenants due to the infestation. After move out we never received ...
a deposit back or a statement explaining why, it's been 4 months since we moved and this is still an on going conflict with them. I called to try to get information on why our deposit was not returned and I was hung up on and given the run around for months. The apartment manager never returned my calls and I was refused the number for the corporate office until I physically went back into the office and demanded that they give it to me, but was also told not to use it. The only positive thing I can say about this complex is that maintenance request were dealt with in a timely manor. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone and highly suggest you keep looking else where.
