I have been calling this property for months with no answer and no call back. One day I called and someone picked up and hung the phone up! This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I currently live here and can never get a hold of the leasing office. They are very rude and don’t want to help no one. I can’t even call because they never answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Don’t move here!

This place is ratchet. I am highly disappointed. This place looks nice on the outside, but it is ratchet in the inside. Kids play in the hallways, screaming and yelling, the rental office never answers the phones or say that the are busy or in a meeting, people double park in the parking lot, and the residents make excessive noise all day long and management does nothing about it. This place reminds me of the hood.

The apartment was okay when I first moved in but then the washing machines were always broken and the maintence was slow to fix items. I was a good tenant never was late with and had no complaints from my neighbors. After I moved out they charged me to clean out my oven and clean the carpet. why wouldn’t they clean that anyways? I would highly recommend finding another complex. Only good thing about the complex is the rental office staff and the maintence staff were very friendly to me and I ...
