    Definitely the place to live. The apartment complex is clean, quiet and extremely spacious. The staffs are all extremely friendly and welcoming especially Stacy and Eli always willing to help. I am so glad I moved here!!

    I’ve been here since August and I love everything from the preserve atmosphere to the fellow residence whom I’ve grown to love and know to the staff. I don’t have any complaints. Waking up and seeing red cardinals and blue jays outside my window is always a great highlight of my day.

  • The preserve feels right!

    I just moved in a little over a week ago and so far so good, moving in can be stressful but Stacy took good care of my roommate and made it pretty effortless to join the community. She held up her word on everything that was mentioned to be delivered / available during time of move in. And the apartments look great: feels like a nice and cozy place to call home for a while. Not to mention the location. Loving it so far!

  • Worst apartment complex

    November 26, 2020
    My ceiling has leaked on three separate occasions. It is Thanksgiving Day and my ceiling is leaking yet AGAIN. Maintenance has came out two separate times to “fix” yet it is not fixed. My apartment constantly has bugs. We pay for a trash service yet have a minimum on trash bags. If you value your money, do not live here.

  • RUN!

    We moved into the complex late November. We were assured our rent would be a set flat rate which now it isn't. Did not realize we had to pay $5 for package handling fees, homeowners association fee $17, and two trash reimbursement charges. We moved into the apartment that was never cleaned before us moving in, it was the same apartment that was used to show interested renters. After moving in fast forward to February 2020, there was an incident where a resident was mugged just feet from our ...
    door. A police officer knocked on our door, provided us information of what happened. I tried speaking to the office several times to send a general safety reminder to be aware of our surroundings. Suzanne, from the office called me and said they cannot ensure the safety of the residents and they would not send an e-mail. I clarified to Suzanne I did not want a play by play of what happened that evening but more of a reminder for residents to be vigilant. The office denied having any contact with law enforcement or any reports in regards to an attack that happened within the gates of this "Luxurious" complex. One of the officers did advise there has been a string of parking lot robberies in surrounding complexes as well. Do you think the office would send out any sort of communication? NO! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

  • Love it there!

    We moved there recently. We needed a short term lease within a short time and they helped us. Since, we really like it. The managment is very friendly. The apartment is great and big. They have everything you need: fitness, tennis court, pool. If you have kids they have a play room and a park 10mins away by walk.
