I relocated to Lubbock 3 months ago from out-of state. I had no prior knowledge that The Providence was under construction. I was on the waiting list for another senior complex when I was informed about this building. That is why I consider it a blessing to have had the opportunity to move into a new building just 2 months after I arrived in Lubbock. During my 3 week tenancy here I have been greeted by the staff and maintenance in a courteous, professional and polite manner. They have so far ...

responded to any and all my requests in a timely manner. The residents I have met are friendly and polite. I am confortale and pleased with the layout of my apartment. Since I am still learning my way around Lubbock I am pleased with the location which allows convenient access to shopping centers, resturants, medical facilities, banks, entertainment, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and peaceful. I am usually not out traveling at night but occassionally when I am I do appareciate the well lit carports and outside lights. It gives me a feeling of safety coming and going.
