    Responsive and professional Maintenance I just want to say how much I appreciate the maintenance team. Over the weekend, my smoke detector started beeping nonstop, and maintenance came out pretty quickly—even though it was outside of regular hours—and got it taken care of so we could get some sleep. Then first thing Monday morning, they came back and changed all the batteries in the detectors without me even having to remind them or call about it. That kind of follow-through and thoughtfulness ...

    Luxury living in a happening location I love Polaris area. More than that we loved living at Ravines at Westar. Everything was top notch. Maintenance, apartment facilities, design. I would whole heartedly recommend Ravines to anybody. We were leasing in the new phase building and it had a pool of its own. Recycle programs, events at office, new appliances. I have to mention the excellent design of the apartments. We thought this was one of the best space utilization designs we have ever seen.
