Totally ignored and lied to
July 19, 2022Applied to rent here and was originally told a July 15th move-in date, sign a bunch of paperwork and provide requested documents, 15th comes around and they have some temp there that has no idea about the move-in and get told the move-in is now the 20th with no prior warning to this change. Call at least a dozen times during this timespan and the temp leaves a note for them to call and I get ZERO CALLS or emails for almost a week. Today the 19th I FINALLY get a call and it's to tell me the ...apartment won't be ready until the 29th! How are you going to advertise an apartment is ready for move-in on the 15th and then have it be TWO WEEKS late No communication, no service, no transparency. It is decent
July 3, 2021I've heard gun shots but I really enjoy my property. I do not have any issues its normally quiet for the most part. There was that stray bullet one time but nobody died.. It did out a hole in the guys wall a couple buildings over. Other than that though its decent. Kids live in the community and they aren't annoying. Terrible
December 8, 2019This was my first apartment, everything looks okay from the surface. staff seems friendly but it’s all a lie .Apartments are unbearable noisy. You can literally hear every step the upstairs neighbor takes.Very sloppy renovations floor coming up everywhere,kids running around all day and night yelling. Worst Apartment Ever.
May 16, 2018This is my first experience renting an apartment, but I’ve spent years in them when I was younger and this was my worst experience ever. We’ve had bug problems since about a month and a half after we moved in and we’ve told the office several times and the problems never been fixed. They send exterminators out and spray the baseboards and that’s it. Then they come back a few days later. Carmine is absolutely heartless is doesn’t have time for anything but payments. The maintenance staff is quite ...nice but not helpful. Misty Woods apartments
August 23, 2015I recommend anyone to move here if you are in the area of Newport News Virginia. Why do I recommend this apartment complex. Well the staff is what made me not ever want to move. They gave me and my mother a chance when we didn't make enough money. My mom passed away last year , My leasing agent Crystal was the most compassionate person that I ever met. Not to mention that when it comes to them fixing things and making sure you are comfortable they go above and beyond to make sure you are ...satisfied.
