June 11, 2025I have been living here for 5 years. The new administration has made too many bizarre and unnecessary changes. The pool is no longer open during the winter and its already june and its still closed and being "fixed" - though they had all year to do so. The rent went up while the quality goes down. The security gate is always open so anyone can drive in while the gate to leave is closed and takes ages to open making you late for the green light across the street. The amazon package room was ...changed for a horrible service called fetch. Just one bad desicion after the other. The modern design, beautiful finishes, and thoughtful layout of our unit make it feel like home immediately. February 19, 2025I have been living in this beautiful place for two years. The fact that it is wonderful by all standards, more than wonderful treatment and wonderful attention, wonderful neighbors, good treatment from everyone. February 7, 2025Retreat at Park Meadows is a decent apartment in a good location. My chief complaint is that this community advertises several amenities that do not exist or are out of service, such as an outdoor dog wash and outdoor hammock area which do not exist, and hot tub that's "open year-round" which it is not. While the apartments themselves have nice appliances and finishes, I think the community amenities could use some work.Property Manager Responded
