Mold. Bugs. Terrible management
June 30, 2024I’ve lived here since october and we’ve had so many issues. I came back from a trip and my whole bathroom was flooded from a leak in the ceiling. They patched it up but left the mold. A couple weeks later the mold just got worse and i’ve contacted them multiple times and they say they’re going to put a work order in. Well a little time later there was another leak in the ceiling in a different place. I called and they said the same thing. They’ll put in a work order. They finally sent someone ...over and he looked at it and said he would come back tomorrow. Never showed. So we called again and once again they said they would put in a work order. So finally my boyfriend called and asked to speak to a higher up and they put the property manager on the phone. She said she would come do a walk through at 230 that day. 230 hit but it was raining so i wasn’t too upset, she didn’t show until 5 o’clock. Did the walk through and said they would have to fix the upstairs neighbors first but they would come asap. It’s been 2 weeks and nobody has came. Not to mention the bugs. We called about bugs multiple times as well and they said they would put us on the list for pest control and that took months. They finally came when the property manager did and only sprayed behind the fridge and it hasn’t been any better. The new management haven’t made any changes. Mold. Collapsed ceiling. No hot water.
February 4, 2023I lived here for 1.5 yrs and it sucked. I have terrible allergies that started when I started living there and I moved out 6 months ago or so and I'm still dealing with it. The entire master bedroom ceiling fell and I saw mold in the vents and that is how I found out I was living in mold for 1.5 yrs. Don't live here. Please don't.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live
February 20, 2022I am seeing a lot of changes since a new company took over - they are cleaning up laundry room, pool, walkways and making repairs, they put in cameras, some roofs and apartments were repaired so it seems they are upgrading.Property Manager Responded

Terrible, just terrible
February 26, 2017I've been waiting for almost 6 months for maintenance and after multiple requests I have gotten nothing but excuses. A/C barely blows (they say that's common), heater does not work at all, bugs - lots and lots of bugs, appliances are on their last leg, windows are sealed shut, water stinks like sewage, water temp is never steady (it will literally go from scalding hot to chilling cold), and if you use the microwave all of your lights dim. Since anyone can review these apartments, if it is a ...positive review it is actually the property management doing their own review. Feel free to stop and talk to anyone you see walking to their car, the truth will be told then. Overall I've seen more money and time spent on the shrubs and office repairs than anywhere else on this property. I will definitely be moving and making sure I post this review everywhere.Property Manager Responded

Love the new management!
October 1, 2016I moved to these apartments in the middle of july and I love it! Since I have been here I have had one or two small issues and The staff and office manager addressed them quickly. I know there is a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have never once had a issue with the staff or anything like that, in fact I have left all my windows on my car open in a high foot traffic area and in the morning nothing was missing or damaged. Terrible place
July 9, 2016The first day we were supposed to move in we couldn't due to the lock on the door not working and then we finally move in we immediately find out the A/C doesn't work, there are bugs in the fridge, everytime it rains the ceiling leaks, the property is littered with trash, and constant gang graffiti, the staff is very unprofessional and unorganized, maintenance takes months until they finally show up only to not fix anything, the trash is constantly overflowing, some of these reviews are very ...questionable and seem like they are written by the staff themselves. Apparently we pay pest control but it's virtually nonexistent since there are roaches and rats on the property, there is a huge hole in the roof where there is clearly decaying wood and termite damage.
