    There are no cameras. The management is awful. They act like they are so nice but they are rude and liars. Good luck moving out because they will charge you for dumb stuff like cleaning the mirrors. we cleaned the apartment spotless when we move out they charged up 500$ and the fees are so stupid.

    Need cameras installed, the same apartment building has been shot up multiple times. Pay pest control fees, yet pest are still present. Paying luxury prices for an apartment with popcorn ceilings be forreal.

    The leasing office and maintenance men lack the motivation and work ethic to properly run the property and keep everything in good, working shape. Nothing is ever fixed or done, and you spend a decent chunk of money for somewhere to stay but everything breaks so it’s not worth the money at all.

  • Spend your money elsewhere

    You pay for a pest control and there’s a roach infestation. The leasing staff takes forever to respond and when they do they have a snobby attitude and don’t actually do anything that the job requires. Tons of fees from up out of nowhere and DIY renovations.

    I'm approaching the end of my lease and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Okay, maybe one star because the maintenance guys are great and the courtesy officer is really nice and takes complaints seriously. HOWEVER, the office staff is horrible. They take forever to get back to you on matters if they ever get back to you and are some of the least empathetic people I've ever met. The apartments have waterbugs, spiders, and roaches no matter how many times pest control comes out and no ...
    matter how clean you keep your apartment. The walls are very thin and the floors creak. There were major plumbing issues that weren't taken serious initially. The "grace period" for rent is only two days. Save yourself the headache.

    The door lock broke when trying to enter my apartment on Christmas Day. Put in an emergency service request and was told they couldn't do anything for me and to call a locksmith. Had a locksmith come out and it cost me 340 dollars to have it replaced. I will be seeking to be reimbursed.

    This area is great and my apartment is beautiful , the neighborhood is very peaceful and you usually don't see anyone outside unless they're walking the dogs. Very close to plenty of shops, bars etc. Just wish they had a pet park since its so many of us with dogs in the neighborhood.

    Management called my cell phone in the middle of the afternoon and accused me of smoking marijuana in the bedroom of my apartment. I was at work and my daughter was in school. Months have passed and they have yet to offer an apology.
