Worst apartment complex in Okc.

If you wanna live with rats and roaches this place has plenty very nasty. They use the cheapest pest control that don't work. Went to the office for maintenance with a leaking refrigerator and they never came my whole lease there to fix anything.

The singular pool hasn't been opened in 4 years, the laundry rooms were removed, window units for air conditioning, every building infested with cockroaches, water heaters are bursting flooding out apartments people are moving out in droves. The roof on my building needs repaired so badly that it rains in my bedroom window. They haven't figured out how to fix it. We reported the dishwasher stopped working 3 weeks ago they haven't fixed it. Their excuse was it's not a priority, they're too busy ...
fixing water heaters and flooded apartments. Don't move here this block needs leveled.

The management is never in the office longer than 3 months they have new people in there all the time so nothing gets fixed the washers,dryers,pools,and gym are all non functional and unless you want to deal with roaches no matter how clean you are this is definitely the apartment for you DONT MOVE HERE
