The maintenance team is always 10/10. The ongoing elevator issue and incomplete transfer to new key fobs is the reason the rest of the community does not get a 10.

The elevator situation is hard to swallow (leftmost elevator being out so often). I am a licensed electrical P.E. in the state of Texas and can help Windsor out with facility issues, or at least give the manufacturer's technical diagnoses a review if you need it.
Otherwise, I am grateful for Windsor's approach in maintaining quality of service in the face of so much economic turbulence. I would really appreciate a deep clean of the grills, especially the fireboxes. The grill grates are ...
maintained well but there is a significant amount of residue from use in the fireboxes.
