We have enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is overall safe and relatively quiet. Maintenance staff is so helpful and accommodating. Martin and Steve especially have gone out of their way to make our experience here wonderful. They have been extremely helpful and very kind!

For the most part community is great and the staff are helpful. Never had any problems while living here. The water heaters could be better, hot water doesnt last that long.

I enjoy that safety of the neighborhood. However, a lot, or most, of the amenities seem to be out of working order. These amenities such as the fire pits and gas bbqs won’t just not be working for a week. The fire pits by our apartment has not worked for over a year and the bbq works maybe half the time. For the high price we pay in rent, I expect everything to be in working and that is just not the case.

I've loved living here. If you choose to live here I would recommend going into the office if you need to speak with staff. They're very friendly but difficult to get on the phone.

I enjoy living here but there are things I would improve. My parking space is two building away from where I live which does not make any sense and is EXTREMELY inconvenient for bringing things in from/out to my car. The leasing process was quiet confusing and my lease was issued with mistakes several times. People using the pool/spa are often loud, rude, drunk, or all three. Rules do not seem to be enforced at the pool. I do enjoy the apartment and the amenities though.

Really quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything is beautiful and you can clearly see everything is taken good care of. The management is amazing, quick to respond, and really helpful. Community amenities are amazing, the gym is outstanding, the spa is awesome. I am greatly happy about the way you can easily find parking.

The Strand was home from the moment I walked in and met Terri. He showed me all the amenities, walked me through the apartment neighborhood and was so welcoming. Everything is as listed as far as amenities and the hot tub is the hottest around. I've met so many people at the pool and we still check in on each other every now and again.
