A new management company took over. Absolutely horrible. They advertise as updated but it’s just a coverup to all the problems they’ve just painted over. Stay away! Rats, constant water leaking from ceiling, no issues never fixed.

Chris is super nice and helpful! Phil is also very courteous and quick when it comes to repairs if needed. Love the location and how much space is here for the price. Best place I've found to live in Mt Pleasant!

Fantastic Location & New Management

I have rented a 3 bedroom townhouse at this property for a few years. The previous property managers provided a poor tenant experience. However, the communication and upgrades the new management has already implemented have been amazing. You can't beat the location in Mount Pleasant. The units are spacious and I love the small, perfect sized backyards for grilling and small gardens - especially with the new fences just installed. Windows, pressure washing, and new exterior paint are next. ...

Looking forward to all future upgrades/renovations.

I have been living at The Sullivan @ 1605 for the past year and I am extremely happy with my experience. The staff is friendly and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that may arise in my apartment, and they always fix the problem in a timely and efficient manner. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and updated appliances. I also appreciate the ample storage space ...

throughout the apartment. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a nice pool area that is perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The location of the complex is also a huge plus. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to major highways and shopping areas. Overall, I would highly recommend The Sullivan @ 1605 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home. The staff and amenities are top-notch, and the location cannot be beat. My building is quiet which is great. This place is older so there are gaps around doors, windows missing screens or with screens that don't fit. The windows are really really old aluminum... Can't put them up because the glass falls out. Pest control is monthly, inside only. They told me the carpet would be new when I moved in, it wasn't. It's cheap for Mt. Pleasant so that's good. I don't trust office personnel and they only fix the bare minimum. I wouldn't recommend this place.
