The neighbors are quiet and my experience had been positive so far. I think these are good appartments. There is plenty of parking and feel safe overall.

The only issue I have 10 days into being here is, my unit's carpent was disguising nasty! Like NO ONE thought to have it cleaned before I moved in. Now furniture will have to moved to clean or replace it and that's just a waste of energy.

Best Apartments I have ever lived in but the rent is so expensive for a 1 bedroom. I love my neighbors and how maintenance try to stay on top of everything.

There is no change in my residence but it is unfortunate that crimes continue to occur by intruders. This statement is only an assumption but if residents are living here and they have people living with them who disrespect others home and property than they should remove them.

Friendly office staff. Maintenance staff Friendly and always show up on time. Nice and quiet area. Me and me neighbors all get alone and watch out for each other.

Amazing staff! Very nice apt came with knats fleas very slow draining toilets verrrry old cabinets that bite and a tub that’s about to fall through the floor

Other than crime everything else is ok. The property is clean, and the staff is efficient. Maintenance usually responds in 24 hours. I think the lake needs to be drained, I saw huge venomous snake!
