The worst apartment I've ever lived in

This apartment management is hands down the worst my husband and I have ever encountered. Their behavior is incredibly unprofessional as they harass tenants, lie to them, and even ignore their concerns. Get all communication in email, which further hampers the ability to address issues effectively. Moreover, they have charged us for having emotional support animals, despite misleading us about the correct process. It seems that within the first week, everyone has experienced a reason to argue or ...

I have been here 5 years and I have received nothing but amazing customer service from the property manager, the assistant manager, maintenance team and staff. They really are the ones who have kept me wanting to renew my lease each year, plus the property has so much to offer a tenant...it is beautiful, well-kept, and luxurious place to live! I give The Thomas at Midtown 10 stars!

Quick and to the point. The team of people who run the Thomas at Midtown apartments is professional, courteous, and customer (resident) focused. In my personal experience, they go above and beyond a typical residential management style. The units themselves are clean, modern, and durable. The amenities are well maintained and a social bonus as well. I highly recommend giving this apartment complex a look for anyone searching in this general location.

Absolute worst experience!! Came in June of last year and paid for a full month's rent and now charging me for an extra months rent when I explicitly asked at the beginning of my lease if I would have to pay the last month of June and they told me no. They also tow your guests cars, they never added me to the gate entrance box after I emailed them twice, very poor interactions overall -- staff extremely rude.
