June 2, 2025Could clean up the parking lot every day because some of the tenants just dropped trash as if the parking lot was a garbage receptacle. Remove all of the abandoned cars in the parking lot. Stop tenant from working on cars as if it were an auto repair shop in the parking lot. And get rid of all of the stray cats that tenants who got evicted or move left behind.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2025Everyone around my apartment is friendly and and helpful. Thanks to everyone around the complex for being there for each other. The staff is still a little difficult to reach and response times for maintenance is a little slow and vague instructions and explanations are given to responding maintenance personnel but overall there has been improvement.Property Manager Responded
