horrible for military family

they are not military family friendly. they charged us for leaving early which we had told them. there was two shootings while we lived there. they towed our car from our own parking space. Then extra parking is horrible after 3. don't recommend this .wish i could give it half a star. it may seem cheep. and so not worth it.

Peaceful & clean

Apartment is peaceful and clean. Landscaping is kept up. Old building tends to be sucseptible to spiders, & ants. Stove is outdated and need to be updated. Restrooms are not well ventilated, therefore; they are easily molded due to moisture. Security sucks--he normally just walks around.There has been many car break-ins and storage areas are not safe. Management has tended to any in foreseen fixings. Visitor parking is horrible,but overall our experience was okay.

Bad 3 Years

I am not usually one to complain, or want anyone feeling sorry for me, but I am feeling bad for my wonderful husband. He is a Fireman for Ventura Co. Federal Fire and he works very hard for us. My apartment is in the worst shape possible. In the space of the last three years, I lost my father to Cancer, the next year my mother to heart failure, and last year my best and only true friend died in her sleep. I fell into a depression and didn't do much. Well this year I have had 3 unsuccessful ...
cornea transplants which kept me down, and then to top it off, I fell over my Yorkie, broke my back, perforated my bowel, and had to have emergency surgery and have been in bed since. As you can imagine our apartment has gone downhill. But my husband who works 7 days a week, and then is home 7 days works his tail off when he gets here. He does the laundry, cooks, cleans, grocery shops, everything. He never ever complains. On a whim I decided to enter this contest in the hopes for him that I would win. I know there are hundreds of thousands who say this, but I would love to bring some sunshine to the best husband ever!
