Maintenance is a nightmare

I have been living here for six years and within the past year the property has taken new ownership and getting anything fixed its almost impossible. They try to make their guys work on stuff they are not qualified or skilled to fix. They come in your home and are disrespectful to you and your home cursing and slamming tools around. They make a point to come to your house when u are not there and they will leave your door unlocked. I am moving as soon as my lease is up!
