The floorplan for the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is excellent. It's extremely open and comfortable, and unlike any other apartment I have ever lived in. The price is more than reasonable for the area.
Maintenance is fantastic. I could tell when I moved in that everything had been recently updated and kept up. I had a minor problem with my refrigerator, so I completed a maintenance report. I arrived home 8 hours later to a brand new refrigerator and all of my groceries already moved. I HIGHLY recommend ...

Horrible property maintenance! The place is filthy! Mold all over the buildings like it hasn't been cleaned in many years. Trash all over the ground all over the quarters. If you need something repaired in your apartment, you better not expect it to happen! Perhaps by the time your lease is over and your about to move out they will do the repairs. I have yet to have one single thing repaired that I've asked for and when I bring it up to management, they always think it's been taken care of ...
already and say "oh! Thanks for letting us know! It will all be done tomorrow." Well, tomorrow has been months ago. Cheap rent yes....but there's a reason for that.

Villages at Lake Boone Trail is such a wonderful renting and living expereince. This location is nuzzled in a beautiful and safe area convenient to many hotspots of Raleigh, like NC State Campus / Fairgrounds, Crabtree Mall, tons of local eats and breweries, and the NC museuam of Art. The staff at Lake Boone Trail has always been exceptional at caring for their tenants and property, they continually take the time to be personable and accommodating. I always see the maintenance team out and ...
about, which helps me never feel that they are unreachable for a repair. The property feels like an actual neighborhood which is great for exercising, walking your pets, and meeting new people. I love getting some time after work to hang out at the pool and even meet new four-legged friends at the dog park. Since these are a bit older buildings they keep a unique charm to the floorplans, I went through so many apartments that all seemed the same when I was shopping around, but this place's design really stood out to me. I personally waited an extra month to move into this apartment complex specifically because of the amazing staff, unique location and design. Those qualities are rare to find together when renting nowadays and living here was worth the time waiting for. I continually am grateful for my decision to move here and refer my friends to consider the same when apartment shopping.

The crew is fast and effective and were quick to fix our issues. These guys are an upgrade to most apartments and Victor in particular has shown to put in a diligent effort and is attentive to our needs. Living here, you won't have to worry about waiting too long to have something fixed, instead things will be handled quickly and efficiently.
