Had a car stolen from this gated community and the management has done absolutely nothing to help. They will not show us security footage or even respond. Please beware this place looks great but really is not. If you like your car please stay away

This is probably the place for you. The price definitely fits the amenities, and I've loved living here for the last 2 years, and I can't wait to stay for another. All the residents are super friendly and keep a lively vibe. The summers here are super fun, especially when I have guests over for a cookout by the pool. Also the staff gave me an air fryer for free as a giveaway. Love it!

The units are super spacious, the property is in a great location (<5 minutes from LSU), and the staff is super caring and helpful. The maintenance team is also the best you'll find anywhere. Bug Infested

The management here is terrible. I found bugs in my apartment and reported them like I was supposed to. They refused to relocate my roommate and I even though the things were biting me. I also had to identify the mites myself at school under the microscope (I’m a vet student) because the pest control people they hired assumed they were bed bugs and I wasn’t convinced. They additionally tried to blame me for the infestation and told me that the pest control people had more experience and were more ...

credible even though I confirmed with a board certified parasitologist. They refused to relocate us to another property and refused to reimburse me for my prepaid rent even though the place was uninhabitable. I had to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel and for antibiotics so that I didn’t get any diseases from the mites.
