I’ve been in my fair share of poorly managed properties. Between military base housing that was falling apart and apartments with a new manger every month I didn’t have a lot of hope that we’d find a great place to rent when my husband got out of the military. I was so wrong. Villas at Villagio is seriously better than I could’ve imagined. All the staff is so personable and caring. They really pride themselves in doing their jobs. Maintenance has even worked around my baby’s nap schedule without ...
me even having to ask them to. They go above and beyond. The area is great. You are right next to everything including Raley’s and multiple places to eat and shop. The neighbors are all pretty low key and quiet which is great. The monthly parties they throw are very fun and always have an amazing turn out. It’s a great place to get to know neighbors over free beer on st Patrick’s day or pumpkin pie around thanksgiving. The amenities are a plus too. The gym, the gorgeous pool, the playground, and the business center really help put this place over the top. My family and I plan to stay here up until we are able to buy our own house. It’s been a great experience here and I look forward to the remaining time we live here.

These apartments are gorgeous! Gated community and pet friendly. They even have a doggie park!! It's like living in a 5 star resort. The club house and pool area are decorated beautiful. You can rent the club house when ever you want to host a big party with friends or family! Monthly activities for both adults n entire family.
