Ms. Tasha the manager is an AWESOME, WONDERFUL, LOVING, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, FAIR, INTUTUTIVE, RESPECTFUL, PATIENT, and FOCUS person. She keeps this place together, she stays on top of things that go on around here and she makes sure things get done in a timely manner. Ms. Tasha's team is pretty good as well, the maintenance is always busy, and I would see those guys everywhere attending to work orders. These guys are so swift I call the head guy SPEEDY GONZALAS because he and his sidekick are ...

always working on something every day not only that I heard they take care of 2 properties. WOOOW! The people that work here are always happy, they are full of energy, very helpful, if you come across a problem they listen and will figure it out before the day is over. I have been here 1 year and never had a problem with the management team nor the maintenance team. The yard is always cut, the parking lot is clean, trash is always picked up on time and I haven't too many stray cats but I have seen the people here walking their dogs. It is very PEACEFUL around here, every now and then I'll see school kids walking past my window and I guess this would be a shortcut home...I'm just guessing. I will give this property 5 stars and I can see more changes coming in the near future. GOD bless and thanks for noticing my post.

Fantastic job on the tea party event! My mom enjoyed it! My mother has a hard time remembering things now, and it's been great seeing her this happy and excited. The maintenance staff is always prompt, friendly, and smiling. I can't say enough great things about the place or staff!

Great place to live! I've found my father forever home! The new manager Jasmine is the best. She recently became the property manager, and she is turning this place around for the best. I've had the pleasure of meeting the office staff, and they were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is super fast at responding to requests. My dad put in a work order at 1:30 pm and by 2:44 pm they were already at his home to take care of his request. They really all have left me ...
