Horrible Customer Service

Their customer service is horrible! They act as if they don’t want to approve anyone to move in. It took 6 months to get a response. I literally had to go up there everyday to make sure they submitted my documents and to get a response on the status. I would call and they would put me on hold for hours. They need to rebrand and get some customer friendly service in there.

First of all, they have you believing the process is so easy. Its literally been weeks since I have applied and I have called and nothing changes. I received an email last night to a link where I could pay rent and submit maintenance request way before I was even told anything and when I called to ask about it, I was given an attitude. Don’t believe the day they tell you things will get done because its not. And they don’t even explain you the process completely to where you can understand what ...

They do not care about their tenants. It took forever for them to follow and update me on my application status. I have power in less than half of my unit. Customer service is poor. The office is always closed. I’ve completed several work orders for my electrical issues and it still isn’t fixed
