October 13, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comNot clean. Never seen the neighborhood actually cleaned up nicely. There's always trash outside on the floor and the laundry room is always dusty. I know the rents aren't too high but you should always keep the property grounds clean. Leaving as soon as my lease is up.
