I would not recommend to move here. When I first moved in back in 2015 it was a nice, quiet and safe environment with a great management team. My last 3 years there were hell under new management . Went 3 summers with no AC and took literally weeks for them to fix it . The last winter I lived there the roof was leaking in my bedroom literally right above my face ! I moved out in June and it still hasn’t been fixed! I suffered migraines and sore throat and breathing problems due to mold on the ...
ceiling of my bedroom which they said was cosmetic damage and they had no intention to fix !
Whenever I reported any maintenance issues it would take weeks to address and when I’d follow up I’d be met with attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. Several times I was told we have only one maintenance man so you’ll just have to wait your turn. It didn’t matter that there were major safety concerns with exposure to mold and a collapsing ceiling, apparently.
Aside from the extremely poor management, the new tenants occupying this complex has gone downhill. Constant smell of marijuana coming from multiple complexes, homeless people bathing in the pool and Jacuzzi, and rowdy teenagers littering trash all over the place.
What was once a beautiful peaceful location is now complete unmaintained trash.
Lastly it has been over a month since I moved out and they have yet to reimburse my security deposit or provide me with any support to withhold it. Since they want to ignore my emails my attorney will be in contact
