Office looks at you as if your nothing after you signed a least. Nothing never gets fixed properly. Save yourself a massive headache and read the reviews. Not worth it

It is so quiet here! The neighbours are very friendly, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is super nice! I'll probably stay here till I'm 70 years old lol

Had a repeated flooding issue. The management addressed the flooding issue promptly every time. When finally no resolution could be made, management offered to relocate us to a different building. Went ahead and signed a new lease, even though the old lease hasn’t expired. The manager that arranged that has left, new manager will not honor that agreement. An agent for their business agreed to a certain set of rules. They are violating our agreement. They do not respect their tenants.

Maintenance is horrible it takes them over four to five hours to come out on a call that is set as an emergency. The workers are rude they tell you whether your work order is priority or not like not having any hot water for hours and have to be to work and they tell you that they have other problems although we all pay bills that's not fair the apartments are rude and not Timely

This is the first apartment complex I've ever lived in; 2 bedroom 1 bath. I have found that it has a very nice and responsive staff, excellent maintenance, and a great community.
Pros:
Excellent staff
Nice looking pool (cleaned every Monday)
Comes with fridge and stove/oven
Easy cable hookup
Interesting light switch that turns off a power outlet
