What a well kept lovely place to live for families especially. The neighbors are kind and clean, there is no loud noises at night and work orders get completed in the appropriate amount of time and never delay immediate work such as plumbing. So happy we found this community, no complaints! Thank you :) (I was not payed or gifted anything for this review-it's honest)

I had the opportunity to rent a apartment at this location. Me & my family really enjoyed the stay. The location is great for commuting to N. Charleston, Summerville, and Moncks Corner within just 2-3 turns. We appreciate the service of the new management team, as the property was sold as we lived there. The new owners took no delays in making immediate improvements. From the exterior: new roofs, pressure washing the building, installing new windows, and so much more to make this place enjoyable ...

to live. The interior of all of units were being upgraded by the day. New counters, cabinets, freshly painted walls,and new appliances. It appears the maintenance team is always here making improvements. I appreciate all the hard work they have put forward to making this a great place to live. Thanks
