Roach Infested
September 4, 2020Been living here for almost a year and the roaches are horrible . We tried everything to get rid of them but they got worse! We even told the office all they told us where that “there just trying to be your friend.” They are not bad apartments . They are spacious but the bugs are outrageous.Review from Apartments.com

December 12, 2018I went in today to get an application and to get information on a 3bd appointment and the lady who was sitting at the front desk waved me off as if I was a pest in her life, then once she got off the phone from cursing someone out, her attitude just got darker. I only wanted information but I refuse to live in a place where the employees fill as if I was ruining their day.Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2016I spoke with staff from park place today and was turned off immediately by the woman's attitude. ill keep it short and simple... leasing is a customer service position and any successful leasing agent knows not to treat the customer like an annoyance. Very Pleasant
August 11, 2015i moved in to these apartments in April 2015. I love it. Maintenance is very prompt. The office staff calls to make sure you were happy with the work done. It's a relatively quiet complex. The size is perfect. Not too small not too big. It has a one way in and one way out. Parking is kind of difficult. But it's always full at night. I haven't had any problems with my neighbors. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The grounds are cleaned every morning. Overall the complex is very good!Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015I live in a two bedroom apartment . It comes with two bathrooms , dish washer , microwave over the stove very clean security patrols at night . A walk-in closet . It is very spacey and has that at-home feeling . Central air and great neighbors . Has a gym and laundry access as well pool access as well I would deff refer this apartment complex to a friend . Comes with free wifi / cable, free trash , two bathrooms dish washer and microwave . Walk in closet pool access and laundry access the people are friendly and the price is pretty fare .
