Mold, mold, mold, electrical issues, leaks shady neighborhood

Lots of issues with mold coming through vents and the doorways, electrical issues needs rewiring never has been fixed has been flagged as a fire hazard by an inspector. Leaks from ceilings and poor ventilation. Lots of feral stray cats outside begging for food and drug deals going on, you hear police sirens all the time. Awful parking, my car has been hit a couple of times because it is so close to the main road.
