Are You Kidding Me? Stinky Smokers!
November 15, 2016Most of the other review writers must be shills for Timber Creek. There is no way this complex deserves more than a star or 2. There are sooooo many things that have disappointed me over the past couple of years so I'll take the time to focus on 1 issue here. Smokers smoke in the common areas. Smokers leave their butts all over the place. The inside of your apartment is smokey from them smoking in their apartments. It is simply awful. Several complaints were made to the leasing office but no ...action has been taken. Older with deteriorating grounds
October 3, 2016Apartments are updated inside surrounded by deteriorating grounds. Obvious leaks in common grounds areas not repaired for over a year, crumbling cement drives to garages and poor snow removal stacking snow everywhere (with indiscriminate use of sand). Despite many pets here, count on your dog suffering from the not- pet friendly salt used on walks. . Count on rent raises every time your lease ends without any justification other than "rents are going up everywhere". August 22, 2015We have lived in our apartment for 9 years. The 2 bed with office is quite large and our model on the 3rd Floor has vaulted ceilings. This makes for a very roomy feel. The location is convenient to stores and office parks here in the Denver Tech Office Center. Obviously we have been happy here since our stay has been long. Unfortunately they will be remodeling and it makes it time to move. The remodels are a bit dark for our taste but if you like that style you will be happy here. Lots of Light!
July 21, 2015I moved in about a month ago and have found myself loving my new apartment. Located in the old area of the Denver Tech Center there are lots of mature trees and greenery around the apartment.
