Gap between AC unit and window Due to this gap from the ac unit in window, every little sound from outside can be heard in bedroom including the garbage truck early morning everyday. Besides this, the apartment has been fine.

Things not fix after moved in We waited for the order of maintenance to be complete but after many weeks and many times I had to remind the staff to have those fixed. Many other orders are still left unfinished until this day. Also want to add that more things like our garbage dispenser broke without use and is still broken and leaking

Because the building is under construction on some parts of it, you will see plastics every where to protect the carpet. Also only 1 elevator running now.

WORST place I’ve ever lived in

The elevators don’t work on a building with about 25 floors which is absolutely unacceptable, no pool as stated (they also had it on the lease which I’m pretty sure is illegal), gym and community rooms always closed, they do not pick up phone calls from residents, trash service is not consistent so there is often trash in the hallways, endless water leaks and 6+ hour shutoffs etc. would not recommend to ANYBODY.

They list a pool on here, but that pool has been closed for a year-it never opened at all in 2022 and Labor Day is less than a week away at this point. No doubt they will have excuses, I don't care to hear them. Their reviews on other websites tell you pretty much everything you need to know. And yes! The garbage is extremely loud! All of their excuses about zoning are just excuses when the single pain windows could be swapped or other sound (and climate) options could be explored. They want ...

as much out of you as they can get while giving you as little as they can get away with. The old management company was not like that.

So much noise

The units are ok. I'm living in a one bed 1 bath. The real problem is that we have eight garbage cans that get picked up at 5:00 a.m. every.single. day. Seriously everyday. And with our single pain floor to ceiling windows it's really loud in the units. With that problem aside the maintenance is very bad. I've had a request to repair my washer in for 3 weeks now. Still hasn't been repaired. I wouldn't recommend. The prices tempting compared to the others but whenever you factor in the $300 ...

utility and other fees it's pretty much the same. Go somewhere nice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We?re sorry to hear that your experience at Tower 801 was not as positive as it could have been. We know back in January when you moved in that you mentioned you were susceptible to the garbage noise and we looked to remedy. This is due to Tower 801 being located in a commercial zone where garbage pickups can happen at random intervals of time vs set times in residential zones. Since these zone requirements can?t be changed, we tried to alleviate this issue for you by offering a transfer to unit 09G which would not face the alley side of building. This request was declined by your household which unfortunately left you both dealing with your current issue, but if you?d still like to transfer please let us know and we would be happy to assist. Also, utilities here are only appearing at elevated levels since we had a large winter storm during 02/21- 03/21 doubling the buildings electricity bill. These elevated changes are only ...
