Amazing management and community
March 26, 2025Been a tenant for 5 months and I have ZERO complaints. Lovely manager, Maria, is very helpful. Overall the community is quiet and friendly. No struggle with street parking for visitors which is a plus!! The property is well kept and is swept and mopped weekly *my ring catches it*. All of bellflower blvd entertainment and food is a quick walk away. Overall safe and friendly community. If you are having doubts, this is your sign to apply!Review from Apartments.com
"Oldie but Goodie"
March 14, 2025Tenant of 6 years, this gem has been taken over by new owners and management. The property is very clean and well kept. At night, great lighting surround the property. Laundry facility is well kept and convenient. The community here is respectful and quiet. A bonus is the short walk to the restaurants and entertainment here in Downtown Bellflower.Review from Apartments.com
