Bad experience
March 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived in Towerview for 4 years - We were one of the first renters when it first opened. The building flooded due to a water main break on the 17th floor - it caused mold issues. The trash chute daily was backed up and trash would pile up in the trash room on the various levels and the halls would smell of rotting trash for all 4 years - that caused our apartment to smell. Also - the sewage backed up and overflowed into our apartment from our utility closet - so we had raw sewage on our floors. ...The sewage would back up in the drains in the hallway by elevators - that caused a horrible sewage smell in the hallways. this has happened for a few years. Pretty much every aspect of the apartment still was covered in dust/dirt from when they must have been building the place. Found screws and other building materials on the balcony and in the shelves. Never had an apartment, let alone a new one, even close to this dirty when I moved in. Also picked this place to live because they advertised how much noise reduction they put into the floors.
