July 15, 2025I am in love with my apartment! The view is amazing. The staff are professional, polite and very helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Teddy, the new service manager who is a really young man. He greets you with a smile, and is always personable. Overall, I am pleased with my apartment. Bad experience
March 16, 2025We lived in Towerview for 4 years - We were one of the first renters when it first opened. The building flooded due to a water main break on the 17th floor - it caused mold issues. The trash chute daily was backed up and trash would pile up in the trash room on the various levels and the halls would smell of rotting trash for all 4 years - that caused our apartment to smell. Also - the sewage backed up and overflowed into our apartment from our utility closet - so we had raw sewage on our floors. ...The sewage would back up in the drains in the hallway by elevators - that caused a horrible sewage smell in the hallways. this has happened for a few years. The management changed a few times over the 4 years. The management team always tried to address the issues. The office staff and maintenance staff were polite.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live
June 30, 2023By far the best apartment option in Ballantyne. My apartment is in the tower and has great views of the area. The staff is pretty friendly and maintenance is quick. They need to work on keeping common spaces clean though, seems to be the only down side. But everything else is great!Property Manager Responded

Property has gone down since new property Management
November 27, 2022Property Grounds Nov. 27, 2022 took pictures of • elevator floors grout is dirty, • walls with elevator buttons filthy, • Rugs or outside windows have never been cleaned • Halls smells like dogs • Dog hair in rugs • Trash is sitting outside on the ground • Trash cans overflowing • Floors have same trash or dirty items for weeks • First floor had a drainage issue that had a smell for weeks Amenities • Every morning the coffee machine is down or being changed during peak morning ...hours • No activities planned in advance • The sauna is not cleaned on Mondays anymore • Pool has not been cleaned since the new company as arrivedProperty Manager Responded

New Renter Beware.
September 7, 2021My “brand new” apartment was not cleaned and was still dirty upon move in. Pretty much every aspect of the apartment still was covered in dust/dirt from when they must have been building the place. Found screws and other building materials on the balcony and in the shelves. Never had an apartment, let alone a new one, even close to this dirty when I moved in. Also picked this place to live because they advertised how much noise reduction they put into the floors. Well this is pretty much a lie or ...they didn’t do it right. I hear every step the person living above me takes. This apartment has been beyond a disappointment.Property Manager Responded
