Good Building, Terrible People

I have lived here for just under a year now and feel disgusted by all the things we've had to deal with. The management is hardly ever here because one person splits their work week between three offices. Maintenance took more than an entire day to get us back into our apartment when the dead bolt broke and we were locked out. That's with claiming they have "24/7" emergency maintenance. The application process takes a long time at best, and you have to re=certify every year. The neighbors don't ...

care that this is supposed to be a no-smoking, no-pet building. A saw someone literally smoking in the main doorway to the lobby last week and dogs are barking all the time. There is not any guest parking and you WILL be towed if you are in the lot after 10pm without a parking pass.

This is the perfect building for people who like to go to the mall and visit people. Also if you need to go somewhere there is a bus system and a max train not that far away. It is a well maintained building and it is very quiet neighborhood. It has a resource room that has computers in it. There is a room that people can celebrate parties, or special events in it.
