I am a tenant at TPPS and I think since they put a new board of Directors and they keep changing the managers the place has went down terrible. A couple of the board members has arrest records which they are not suppose to, their not having meetings the way they are suppose to Ms. Pauline is the president but has not did anything positive the members, no communication at all with the tenants. The manager company never walk the grounds to see what's going on. TPPS is going down to the ground, it ...
was never like this. I think that someone should come in and do some investigating on the broad of directors, in order to get things right you have to start from the top first.
