Love my new apartment! It's huge! And the assigned/covered parking is great! Love not having to search for a parking space and walking in the rain to get to my apartment. The size of the apartment and parking sold me the minute I saw it! Office lady is nice, and my neighbors are too!

I was very surprised at how large the two bedroom one bath is. It has 1004 square feet! Plus it has double sinks in the bathroom, and two closets in each bedroom. My assigned covered parking spot is so convenient to my apartment location.

I usually don't do reviews, I have to say that this is the biggest apartment I've seen! My friends can't believe how big it is until they visit. New carpet, fancy counter tops, nice white appliances and so much closet and cabinet space. I just couldn't get over at how big they are. Looked all over this area and kept coming back to this one. Super convenient to my job and just about everything else.

I moved in 2 months ago. And I still can't get over how much space I have in my one bedroom apartment. All my friends are shocked at the size of my apartment when they come to visit me, and they immediately wish that they'd looked here for an apartment first. I love that my bathroom is not in my bedroom, and all the extra closet space. I have 2 walk-in closets my bedroom. Friendly neighbors on both sides of me and one of them told me that she has lived here for over 20 years! So...I guess that ...

Wow! We located to this area last month. I sent my husband to search for a town house for our family while I stayed on my job in Little Rock. I thought my husband was kidding when he called me and told me about the size of the 3/bedroom town house's here! He wasn't! We needed something large four our family of four. So much room! And a added bonus is the hassle free assigned covered parking. No more jockeying for a space! My parking space is right outside the gate to my patio. So nice not to have ...
to park in the north-forty when I come home late at night from my shift at the hospital. Love this area!

We just moved in! Love my two bedroom one bath. So much room! The double sink vanity was a must for my husband and I! My husband says I have too much "pretty girl" stuff lol! Now I can buy more! Office staff super nice! And friendly neighbors!

A friend of mine has lived at these apartments for years and recommended them to me. I was totally shocked at the size of the 2 bedrooms! I had to go buy more furniture to fill it up lol! I love everything about this apartment, except for being upstairs...pregnant and stairs...sigh....lol

Love my one bedroom! So big! I have looked at all the apartment properties in this area and beyond...and none compare in size and pricing. And the closet space is a girls dream! I can be to work in less than 5 minutes! Also, the assigned covered parking is a plus in this hot weather!

I just moved in my 3 bedroom town house here! And I have to say that it is bigger than most of the town houses that I looked at in the surrounding neighborhood. 1617 square feet is more room than my family needs, but it sure is nice not to be cramped up in some small little apartment. I love that we have a breakfast room separate from our dining room. We actually use the big dining room for our computers and gaming. And the covered parking is a plus since I just bought a new car and like that it ...
is protected from the weather. The Manager was super nice and very helpful with all of my questions and made moving in easy. She's always nice and friendly with me and my kiddos. I hope to be here until my kiddos graduate from University Elementary. Super convenient being right across the street for this mom and dad! Thumbs up Town South Villas! I love my new apartment! It is huge, and I have assigned covered parking at no extra charge! Full size washer dryer connections, his and her walk-in closets, and huge private patio. I love sitting out on my patio in the evenings. The manager is so down to earth, and funny! Made me feel right at home, and I have the best neighbors...brought me a homemade cake...YUM! I highly recommend you check out these apartments!
