    Trail Creek has been my oasis at the end of the day! I enjoy coming home to a clean home environment with all the amenities you need to be comfortable (pool, work out rooms). It's location is perfect to walk trails and close access to the freeway and PTC. The front office is always welcoming and respond to any inquiries quickly. Maintenance also responds quickly. We love living at Trail Creek!

    I think this property is not what it seems. It markets itself as a luxury apartment, but it’s really not it markets itself as a gated community and the gate has been broken for nine months. People can just walk and drive straight through the whole community if you don’t believe me, feel free to go Today and try. The dog park is a place that I would not even want to take my dog. It’s mostly soil and mud and when it rains puddle stays for days the bedroom are extremely small. You can barely fit a ...
    queen mattress. They have updated units and all they did was change the blinds and the door knob and considered that a renovated unit , upon moving out, you will be charged for repainting the whole entire unit which I feel is unfair for normal wear and tear. Overall, I think this place is overpriced and definitely not worth time and energy. At the prices they charge you I recommend to get approved for a home and live there .
