Firstly, they got the worst management team ever and never responded to emergency calls. Secondly, there is a weekly/monthly water outages and hot water as well. Roaches are very normal here that I stopped complaining after management refused to do anything. One night a roach crawled inside my ear while sleeping.

Wife and I have been here almost a year now and they are just pitiful. Management ignores all request to fix anything, and they always come when you are not home. Things are missing and I do not trust the workers on property. Tenants selling drugs and also using them outside. They say no pets allowed but have signs saying they need to be on a leash. I see dogs, cats, and skunks all the time. Even can hear dogs barking from inside apartments. Only if you cannot do better or you are a common ...
criminal should consider this place. Even the law enforcement stay out of here. Hot water is only a lukewarm temperature. We have to go to washateria or cleaners to have clean close. Roaches all the time. Call your own exterminator.

No swimming pool, no tennis court, no work out equipment. No mail service access after business hours. No Ceiling fans, No ice maker, no dishwasher. No microwave.
Average HOT water temp today is 85*
Most 1 br apartments have 4-5 bodies living in them.

You will be combating roaches on a daily so stock up on the Raid. They've never come to spray despite requests. A few loud arguments and music outside every now and then but for the most pretty mellow. Old Cheap appliances. My fridge doesn't have produce drawers and I've asked to have them replaced as well. Not much cabinet or counter space so don't expect to cook thanksgiving diner here. But it's a pretty good size for a one bedroom. Living room, Bedroom, and closet all a nice size.

my apartment is not so good they are high and they are not worth the money they ask for. the foundation is a big problem. I am paying water trash sewage . They don't have anything to offer. They have possum, skunk running around. Every is afraid to walk around. Nothing for the children to do. I look for something I call home to enjoy. where I feel comfortable.

We should have put a roach bomb in the house before we moved in. I've dealt with roaches in the past and a well placed roach motel or boric acid will take care of them but these things are coming from everywhere. I wake up 10 minutes early to turn on my light to see them scatter around my kitchen counter or my empty kitchen sink to kill these things. It's ridiculous. I have contacted the office on numerous occasions to spray and they may have came maybe 2-3 times. Most of the time they don't ...

Which was a selling point when we first signed. They only have the one pool open. One of the pools has not been opened for our whole lease. Not the safest place to stay . 2 shootings at this apartment in less than year (one made the news April 16 2015). Our lease is up soon and will be moving out very soon.

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
