I enjoy living here. The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I feel safe walking my dog due to all the lighting on the property. I’ve lived here for three months and everything is going fine. I would recommend Trails of Windfern. Thank you for making my stay here very comfortable and safe.

Dont waste your money or time

I would not recommend anyone to move here. I have had multiple issues with my ceiling leaking in the bathroom and every time maintenance came out they painted over it and said it wasn't leaking. After 7pm men are hanging out drinking beer, playing music and being extremely loud. New people have moved in and now drug transactions are being done in the broad daylight. They have no cameras in the back and that's were the men hang out and the drug transactions happen. When it floods the whole ...
front of the complex parking lot is under water and there is no way for you to get out. People had to break the back gate so we could get out of the complex. When you do decide to move out they charge you for 3 months of water making your last month payment over $1000. These apartments are worth $500 if that much. The owner is extremely cheap if there's a issue with one of your bathrooms they wont rush to fix it because you have another one you can use. I hated it here.
